However, to continue our growth and enhance our services, we find ourselves needing to reassess our strategy and focus on certain regions.

To keep improving the Gamercraft platform and maintain our promise of a robust gaming experience, we've made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our services in a few regions. Starting immediately, we will not be supporting the regions of Northern Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. We understand that this news may be disappointing for our passionate gamers in these areas, and it's a decision we didn't make lightly.

This step, although tough, is a necessary part of our global strategy. It is a measure we believe will allow us to concentrate our efforts, improve our services for our current users, and plan for a more effective future expansion. As we continue to evolve, our goal is to bring our gaming platform to even more users worldwide.

We're making changes to better align with compliance regulations and to ensure we can deliver the best experience possible in the regions where we operate. Unfortunately, this means suspending service in some regions for the time being.

What happens to my account when the service is suspended in my region?

You will not be able to access your account for play once the service suspension starts. However, your account data will be retained.

How long will the suspension last?

We do not have a definitive timeline for when we'll resume service in these regions. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

I live in a country that's not on the list. Am I affected by this service suspension?

If your country falls within the affected regions of Northern Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, you will be affected by this service suspension.

I have pending prizes, what will happen to them?

Don't worry, we will fulfill all outstanding prizes. The payout will occur in the next 60-90 days, and we will reach out to you to collect the necessary banking information.

Can I still access my account and play from a different, unaffected region?

Unfortunately, you cannot access your account from a different, unaffected region as your account is tied to your original region.

Will there be any changes to my account when the services resume?

When we are able to resume services, your account will be restored with all your data intact.
