Rising Legends Finals Recap
The Rising Legends Finals concluded during the weekend and the five qualified players for the upcoming world championship were decided. Also, the name of two players who performed well but not enough to qualify for the world championship was found out as well. They will be able to take another shot during the upcoming Western Last Chance Qualifier to go to worlds.
Lelouch won it all after a dominating performance throughout the event after a mediocre start. He got 35 points after constant top 4 finishes, winning the title over Noel by only a point difference.
Event Recap
The first two days were quite chaotic with various players making it out at the top of the standings following a strong performance. However, due to the variance TFT has those players were unable to replicate their success on the last day, while Lelouch, a player who had mediocre results in the first two days managed to have consistent results and win the tournament.
The top 5 players received a direct world's seed, while the players ranked sixth and seventh received an invitation to the Western LCQ where they'll have another shot at qualifying for the upcoming world championship.
Following the Western Last Chance Qualifier, the World Championship of Set 7 will take place during the weekend of Nov. 18 to Nov. 20. Players across all regions will battle for a share of the lion's prize pool and the title of world champion.
