Undefeated Championship run for G2 Gozen

On their path to lifting the trophy, G2 Gozen went undefeated, losing only one map before the Grand Final. First, they defeated KRĂś Fem 2-0 in the Upper bracket quarterfinals. Then, they took down tournament favorites Cloud 9 White 2-1 before sweeping Team Liquid Brazil 2-0 in the Upper bracket semifinals.

Finally, they secured a hard-fought 3-2 reverse sweep victory over Shopify Rebellion GC. After falling behind 2-0, G2 Gozen completely stomped their opponents in the following three games, dropping only ten rounds combined. Backed by the live home crowd in LEC studio in Berlin, G2 deservedly took home the first Game Changers World Championship title.

On the other hand, Shopify Rebellion GC exceeded expectations by reaching the Grand Finals. It's unfortunate they couldn't close the series despite having three match points, but it is still an excellent result for NA's second seed.
