Dragon Cup Weekend 2 Event Recap

The third NA cup of set 7 has concluded with Aesah winning the event with 46 points after a dominant performance throughout the final day.

All 160 players from NA showing their skills earned qualifier points with the top 8 earning additionally a share of the prize pool.

Weekend 2 event recap

The second weekend began with 64 players playing 6 games with lobbies being reseeded every 2 games. The top 32 players remaining advanced to the last day of the tournament, where the victor would be decided.

The remaining players played 5 games with lobbies being reseeded every 2 games. The remaining top 8 moved onto the Final Lobby phase. During the final phase, the players played an additional 2 games without a point reset, where Aesah played well and finished in the top 4, finishing the day with the highest amount of points and the winner of the Dragon Cup.

The top 4 qualified for the Dragonlands Regional Finals that will take place in mid-November with $25,000 on the line. The event will feature the 24 best players of the region playing for three days starting November 4.
